Laundry room
Every house has its own laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers. The laundry room is open and usable 24 hours.
Garage/Parking
All our houses offer basement garage parking (starting at 26 €) or open area parking (starting at 10 €) where it´s easy to park your car.
Bed linen
Once a month we bring you fresh bed linens. This service is included in all our rooms and apartments. We can gladly make a special exception to the frequency of linen-changes.
Barbecue grill areas
To relax after a stressful day you can use the barbecue grill area at the Walter-May-Haus and Ernst-Reuter-Haus (roof terrace). The grill areas can be leased by putting down a deposit. Contact the responsible customer advisor on-site.
Recreation room (TV room)
There is a newly created recreation room available in the Walter-May-Haus (open daily 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Here you can watch broadcast stations from your own country and socialize with other residents.
Dishes package
For residents who are unable to bring their own dishes along, we offer a dishes package. Prices and conditions upon request.
Concierge
In the Ernst-Reuter-Haus (old building) the concierge is there 24-hours, around the clock, for your security. He also takes on other services like:
- Holding your mail and packages,
- Reserving tickets,
- Gives sightseeing tips
- Taxi call
- booking internet connection
- EC, and credit card accepted
and much more ...
Furthermore the concierge can take your wash to the cleaners, accept orders for a grocery-delivery service, as well as orders for the bakery.
Café Reuter
Here you can enjoy first class coffee specialties and teas. The café has WLAN/WiFi available so that you can go online with your personal computer.
Conference and Event Hall
The ideal setting for large events like: company parties, product presentations, convention meetings, weddings, and birthday parties.
