We offer around one thousand living spaces in three apartment houses and 225 places at our youth hostel www.jgh-berlin.de, which are fully furnished, the majority of these being single apartments. We presently accommodate people from over 80 different countries.

As a non-commercial foundation, our services are aimed towards young people who are in Berlin to study, to retirees and to those who are working in Berlin on short term contracts or are here for an education.

The monthly rent for a single apartment starts with €230 and €390 for double apartments. Single rooms are available for €190 and, of course, we offer rooms on a nightly basis for a fee of €26. These prices include bed linen and electricity.
